Thank you for this article, it’s very informative and I can relate to the part about incomplete recovery due to lack of quality sleep.
As a female, I find it very challenging to see muscle definition despite the fact that I work out more than some of the men in my gym who recently started and are already seeing tremendous results, so unfair:(
Why is it sooo hard for women to lose fat? I’m not talking obesity here, but the kind that is labeled ‘skiny fat’ despite the fact that the female in question is an athlete! ( I do MMA but I have very minimal muscle definition).
Do you have any suggestions? Am I plateauing?
