Having the MicroMasters credential provides the admissions committee with significant insight into a student’s capabilities through the completion of five online courses and the comprehensive final exam. This is sometimes referred to as “inverted admissions.” Also, if admitted, students with the MicroMasters credential may opt to complete the SCM program in just over one semester (January to May) in-residence.
