SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cardiosurgery. A heart prosthesis is designed for implantation in a pericardial region of a patient and able to replace natural left and right ventricles of the patient after being removed. The artificial left and right ventricles have principal directions V-shaped asymmetrically so that said ventricles approach each other when they move from fastener with natural left and right auricles. Separate hydraulic actuators are connected with said artificial left and right ventricles close to said artificial left ventricle.

1. Cardiopatas, implantable in the pericardial cavity of the patient, and mentioned the prosthesis can replace the natural left and right ventricles of a patient after they are deleted and contains:
- hard case (1), in which there are artificial left and right ventricles (2, 8), each of these artificial ventricles contains a flexible membrane (3, 9), which is able to oscillate under the influence of the working fluid and which is installed in the cavity hermetically separated mentioned by a membrane into two chambers (4, 5-10, 11), one of which is intended for blood flow, and the other is for the working fluid, and the chamber (4) for the blood flow of the left artificial ventricle (2) for connection to the natural left auricle of the heart (LA) and the aorta (AO), while the camera (10) for blood flow of the right artificial ventricle (8) for connection to the natural right atrium (RA) and pulmonary artery (PA);
two hydraulic drive mechanism connected to the chambers (5, 11) for the working fluid of the artificial ventricles (2, 8) for alternately inflating them and pumping of them working fluid and provide the desired intensities diastolic and systolic flow; and

- and the main drive gear (13t) made with the possibility of sending in a leading artificial ventricle (8) diastolic and systolic flow having a desired relative intensity (18) for this leading artificial ventricle (8), and direction in the above-mentioned driven artificial ventricle (2) systolic flow (20), opposite mentioned diastolic flow desired intensity for a leading artificial ventricle (8), and diastolic flow (20), opposite mentioned systolic flow desired intensity for a leading artificial ventricle (8); and
- vspomogatelny drive mechanism (7t) is made with the possibility of sending in the above-mentioned driven artificial ventricle (2) corrective systolic and diastolic flow (21) for the correction mentioned systolic and diastolic flows sent to the main drive mechanism (13t) driven artificial ventricle (2), and for the message accordingly adjusted systolic and diastolic flows desired intensities (19) referred to the driven artificial ventricle (2).
